Shipping Policy
We want your order to arrive safely and on time. This page explains our shipping process in clear detail so you always know what to expect.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. During high demand periods processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been prepared for shipment.
Where We Ship From
Our products are blended and packaged in a GMP certified facility. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center and inspected before leaving the warehouse. This allows us to maintain quality control while keeping the product affordable.
Delivery Time
Typical delivery time is 10 to 14 days from the date your order ships.
Delivery time may vary based on carrier processing, customs clearance, and local delivery volume.
This timeline includes two stages.
1. International Transit
Your package travels to the destination country and clears the carrier import facility. Tracking updates may be limited during this stage.
2. Final Delivery
Once your package reaches the destination country it transfers to your local carrier, most often USPS. At this point you will begin to see familiar updates such as “arrived at unit” and “out for delivery.” Final delivery usually takes 3 to 5 days.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been handed to the carrier. Tracking links may take up to 48 hours to show movement.
If tracking appears paused for a few days this is normal. It usually means the package is moving between carrier facilities.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double check your address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or non delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, contact us right away and we will try to update it before the order ships.
Lost or Stalled Packages
If your package shows no movement for more than 7 days, please contact us. We will help investigate and guide you through the next steps. We always work with you to ensure you receive your order.
Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “delivered” but you do not have your package, please check:
- Mailbox
- Parcel locker
- Porch or side door
- With a neighbor
If you still cannot locate it, let us know within 7 days so we can assist you.
Refused or Returned Packages
Packages returned to sender due to refusal or an incorrect address may require reshipping. Please contact us so we can assist with a solution.
