If you are not satisfied within 30 days, contact us and our support team will guide you through the next steps. We ask that you reach out to us first so we can help troubleshoot or resolve any issues quickly.

Eligibility for Returns

To request a return, please contact us first. Returns must be approved before being sent back.

To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original packaging. You will need your order number or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
